We’re excited to invite you to Opera 5's first-ever Acoustic Karaoke Party! Join us on October 24 at 7pm at 27 Sherbourne St N. for a casual, low-pressure evening of singing, snacks, drinks, and hanging out with the Opera 5 community.

It’s exactly what it sounds like: acoustic karaoke, with some of our wonderful pianist friends ready to play whatever you want to sing. Broadway? Opera? Joni Mitchell? A Disney classic? Some deeply obscure art song that you have inexplicably always wanted to sing at a bar? Desperate to debut your favourite baritone aria you never get to sing as a soprano? We’re here for it. There’s no audition, no pressure, and absolutely no need to take yourself seriously. We’ll have snacks and treats, drinks, and everything will be pay-what-you-can. Is this your chance to finally debut your dramatic Heldentenor–coloratura–mezzo-with-a-baritonal-extension alter ego? We think so.
